Position: Staffing Coordinator

Reporting Line :
-reports to the Branch Manager
Subordinate:
-Receptionists will be reported to this position.
Job Responsibilities :
Admin Supports :
-works closely with Senior Executives Team in GZ office
-supervise the office receptionist, make sure the ADAPT database are inputted on time with accurate data, ensure the receptionist is well performed in clients / candidates greetings / phone enquiries / meeting rooms arrangements and supports on daily basis.
-deal with vendors for office maintenance, i.e. IT supports / office supply / building management office / contractors.
HR Functions :
-initiate internal recruitment activities for sourcing interns / researchers / consultants, participate annual staff performance appraisals
-deal with staff discipline issues / staff mentoring and coaching / prepare attendance records to SH Adm Head.
-arrange company functions and activities, review staff benefits and provide suggestions to the management team.
Marketing Supports :
-supports marketing functions e,g. e-marketing campaigns, campus recruitment
-manage clients and candidates database, ensure all data are accurate entry by researchers / consultants, responsible to generate necessary reports that required by the management team from time to time.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least One year HR related experience is preferable but not a must.
-Good communication skills ,service sense and good team player;
-Good command of English, both in written and oral;
-Good MS Office skill.
